To have your bike assembled by mechanic, you must print the bike shipment form and send it in with your bike.

   *Denotes required field.

*You are responsible for the cost of shipping your bike. The Bike Mechanic fees are in addition to your shipping cost. The Bike Mechanic will receive payment for either the $60 or $10 service fee prior to the ride. Please write your check out to Eagle Wheel and mail to Cycle Zydeco c/o Eaglewheel
